This will be a 2 – 3 week project where my partner and I will build a new profit centre for your business (without clashing with you and your team)

by handling the lead gen, sales, copywriting, tech and management.

Here’s exactly how it’ll go down … from lead generation all the way to them giving their card details (might be a long read buts it’s nothing held back 😉 so hopefully I’ll see you at the end of the message!)

We will have a call where I will qualify you and deep dive into your offer and see the best way we can sell it.

And start to find the best way to generate/revive leads again for your offer which we do a really good job from..

• People who watched your webinar or VSL but didn’t convert.
• Sales call leads who ghosted or hesitated *recently*
• Un-nurtured email lists built from FB ads or other campaigns
• Previous buyers lists who haven’t been upsold or re-engaged
• Active email list/newsletters with untapped revenue potential

Or anything similar..

Next we would write a simple email campaign depending on the list(s) we found suitable (in some cases we might do direct mail which we will also 100% fund upfront) and start pilling up new interest for your offer again.

Also, the copy isn’t complicated at all… we just write simple emails that get results… (I like to say something funny that’s kinda true: if you want to write great copy, forget everything you know about copywriting)

and then we take those who are interested and start having 1:1 personalised conversations with them.. doesn’t matter if it’s 10 leads or 100 leads, we will spend time deep diving into each of their problems, qualifying, following up and giving them a tailored /conversational offer if they are a good fit.

We will handle the entire sales process via chat (we have a proven phoneless process which has closed $40k clients) and will close the deals on email or send them to a mini personalised sales doc and collect payments from either or (some may pay in full, while others might prefer payment plans)

Depending on the economics of your business model, it might also make sense in some cases to send people to the offer owner to finalise and collect payments.

Whatever the case, my goal is to make sure you’re busy onboarding the new clients we bring in once the project is over (:

How do I know if I can trust you?

First of all I want to set the tone and expectations and make sure we are on the same page here..

This isn’t just a simple copy gig, so if you want to see “samples” or “case studies” later then please don’t have the expectations that the results you see from previous campaigns will be similar for your company.

I have campaigns from my partner and I that have made over $900k and some that have literally made $0.

Your results will be somewhere in between…

That’s why we run a test for the first 3–4 days of the campaign to validate your offer by talking to your market and ensuring there are good fits for your program.

If we see no potential, then I’m not going to waste your or my time pretending that the rest of the campaign will go well.. I will stop right there.

If the test goes well and we STILL flop the campaign after 2 weeks (which has never happened before), I’ll write a handwritten apology letter for wasting your time and mail it to you.

And if none of this sits right with you, feel free to run to service providers who make big promises and only flex their amazing testimonials, and act like every campaign always works.

A simple requirement that goes a long way…

This is something I’ve seen a lot of people struggle with when working with clients and thought I’d take this off my chest..

You need to be okay with me and my team running 100% of everything for you, completely turnkey. We are working together, you’re not above me and I’m not above you. I bring in the clients while you sit back, relax, and maybe enjoy a beer or two, then you focus on delivering your expertise to them after.

It’s a two-way role, so you’ll need to give us the access we need to do our job. If you’re in scarcity mode or trying to control our copy, campaigns, chats, and freaking out giving backend stuff like email and customer lists, then this won’t be a good fit…

I’m happy for you to share ideas that can improve the campaign, but not to the point where you think you can control everything.

In simple terms, I’m not going to be your bitch.

What we get out of the deal

At this point we are NOT looking for equity in your company. We’d simply want a revenue share of the sales WE bring in for you. The revenue share percentage varies depending on the economics of your business model.

All I ask is that we get paid on time if we make you $10k, $50k $200k, $500k or whatever, and you only hand us over our rev shares after the money hits your merchant account.
